O'Paekaa Bridge Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of a historical 86' single lane bridge over the Opaekaa stream in Kapa'a HI. This was ultimately a new bridge build that required incorporating existing pieces of the original 1890 bridge that had visible damage from the attack on Pearl Harbor.
